1. Changes of General Terms
Toy Traveling Ltd. reserves the right to change the General Terms. The changes shall be published on the website's homepage. The former General Business Terms shall be valid for all legal deeds which took place prior to the changes.
2. Services
a) Toy Traveling Ltd. offers accommodation for teddy bears and other stuffed toys, hereinafter referred to as Participants. This offer is valid for toys which can be shipped by mail or any other delivery service only, with the maximum size of 50x40x40cm and the maximum weight of 3 kg. Should the toy sligtly exceed the height of 50 cm, please contact Toy Travel beforehand in order to negotiate. The Participants have to meet the requirements of toys. Participants who do not meet the given requirements may participate only on individual terms which must be agreed with Toy Traveling Ltd. In advance. Live animals or persons may not participate.
b) Toy Traveling Ltd. offers different kinds of tours Participants are entitled to transport only for the chosen trip. If it is not possible to visit a certain place, Toy Traveling Ltd. will adapt to this by visiting alternative places of interest.
c) Individual wishes may be arranged after the arrangement with Toy Travel Ltd.. Additional charges will be calculated and announced in advance. The whole tour lasts approximately one week.
d) Postal charges for shipment to the Czech Republic is to be paid by the Client. Clients shall ship Participants in hard packages.
e) The price depends on the chosen fare and tour package. The price list is available on our website.
f) Participants and items included in the fare you choose shall be returned by the Czech Post as an insured shipment in an original corporate package. (In BASIC FARE, the original package supplied by the Client shall be used).
3. Contractual partners
Toy Traveling Ltd. shall enter into contracts with Clients older than 18 years of age only, or with statutory representatives of Clients under the age of 18.
4. Making reservations
A contract with Toy Ttraveling Ltd. is legally binding. Toy Traveling Ltd. shall confirm reservation by an e-mail. This reservation confirmation shall include confirmation of the selected tour and payment instructions. The reservation can be made via the company's website.
5. Payment details
a) Toy Traveling Ltd. shall send payment instructions together with confirmation of a reservation. The customer is to pay the amount as soon as possible.
b) If the payment is delayed, the Participant has to wait for the next tour or the Participant can be shipped back and the Client shall be refunded – except for the cost of shipment and handling charges (10% off the booking cost).
c) Toy Traveling Ltd. is not obligated to accept a Participant on a tour or return it if the relevant payment was not made. If the payment in full amount was not received in 6 months, Toy Traveling Ltd. may donate the Participant to a charity without notifying the owner of the Participant.
d) The Client shall pay all transaction charges for payments outside the Czech Republic.
6. Cancellation
The cancellation of a reservation has to be made be the Client in writing. If a trip is cancelled by the Client, Toy Traveling Ltd. charges a fixed cancellation fee (10% of the cost of reservation). If the Participant does not arrive upon reservation, Toy Traveling Ltd. charges a cancellation fee (10% of the cost of reservation) plus postal charges and other occured expenses. See also Art. 6(d) of our General Business Terms.
7. Data storage, data protection, limitations
Client’s data is subject to Personal Data Protection Act and is used solely by Toy Traveling Ltd. and is not disclosed to third persons unless there is a statutory obligation imposed by authorities or legal proceedings requirements.
8. Copyright
Copying or any use of pictures, photographs or texts created by Toy Traveling Ltd. is prohibited without permission from Toy Traveling Ltd. This provision does not include photographs for private use.
9. Publishing policy
Toy Traveling Ltd. may publish photographs of the Participants for promotion and marketing purposes. Data about the owner, i.e. the Client, may be used only upon prior approval.
10. Contacts
Toy Traveling Ltd. can be contacted via website which contains all the necessary contact details and important information.
11. Final provisions
Toy Traveling Ltd. shall send information to its Clients by e-mail. The Client agrees to be informed about news of Toy Traveling Ltd. by e-mail. If the Client does not wish to receive the newsletter anymore, they have to inform Toy Traveling Ltd.
